Statutory accounts that comply with the Companies Act 2006 must be prepared by each Limited business annually. These must be in a prescribed format depending upon the size of company and filed with Companies House within nine months of the year end. 

There are penalties for late filing of accounts:

  • One month                                      £150
  • One month to three months           £375
  • Three months to six months          £750
  • Over six months                         £1,500

We submit annual accounts to Companies House using Webfiling and the Proof system that protects on line filing with added security.
