After we have analysed a clients investor profile and attitude towards investment risk in the initial meeting(s) we will have an understanding of their unique financial goals and requirements. This understanding underpins the financial planning process, as we formulate an investment strategy to help clients meet set goals.

The second part of the investment plan, is to match goals and requirements to a specific asset allocation model and design an investment strategy. Once we have decided on a risk profile and the appropriate asset allocation model, the next decision to be made concerns the most suitable tax wrapper or product for specific circumstances, and how to fill each asset class within a portfolio.
